 Appointments can take place at either our studio based in Prestwich or at your own home.

We are located in Prestwich but will travel to Salford, Bury and other local surrounding areas.  Please contact us for further details.

We offer Physiotherapy led Pilates sessions with a focus on rehabilitation.  Sessions will include initial assessment, goal setting and then Pilates exercises tailored to meet individual requirements and goals.  We also offer "Neuro Pilates" for those with neurological conditions.
